About the Founder
Mrs. Genevieve Yankey is the Founder and Director of Ben and Ped Preschool, a Montessori-based early childhood learning center dedicated to nurturing confident, independent, and well-rounded learners.
A highly accomplished Administrative and Human Resources Management professional, Mrs. Yankey brings decades of leadership and strategic experience to her work in education. Her background includes developing and implementing effective organizational policies, building strong teams, and fostering environments that encourage growth and collaboration.
She holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration from the University of Ghana, Legon, and is a proud member of both the Chartered Institute of Human Resources Management (CIHRM) and the Chartered Institute of Administrators and Management Consultants (CIAMC).
Driven by her passion for child development and excellence in education, Mrs. Yankey combines her professional expertise with a deep commitment to creating a warm, structured, and stimulating learning experience for every child at Ben and Ped Preschool.
